What is a Sleep Consultant?

A sleep consultant is someone who specialises in infant and child sleep. A sleep consultant's main role is to guide parents to help their child achieve better sleep. A sleep consultant is there to empower you and support you to be able to help your child sleep better and for longer stretches of time. A sleep consultant will look at the child as a whole and try to figure out why they aren't sleeping and how to get them greater quality and quantity of sleep.

Each consultant will offer their own style of consultancy but most will start with looking at your child's current daily routine and offering a bespoke plan for you and your child. This may be online or in person.
